Every part is a place it can go wrong. We staff all of them — on-site, remote (RSI), or hybrid, with two interpreters per booth per language pair rotating every 20 to 30 minutes as ISO 23155 requires, glossary prep before the room opens, and an on-site technician who tests the audio before the first word.
