Affordable is not the same as cheap
A certified translation is a legal instrument. It is signed and sworn by a perito traductor and it has to hold up in front of a court, a registry, or USCIS. A flat rate cannot know whether your document is a one-page birth certificate or a forty-page supply contract with terms that change meaning in the wrong language.
So we do not sell a rate card. We review your document and quote it, which means you never overpay for something simple and never get shortcuts on something complex.
The truly expensive option is a cheap translation that gets rejected or challenged. A returned filing costs you weeks. A mistranslated clause can cost you the deal it was written to protect. Certified, accountable work is the affordable choice measured against that.

2. Language pair and complexity
Spanish to English is our core pair and moves fastest. A Spanish to Chinese legal contract, dense technical text, or a rarer pair takes more time and specialized review, so it is quoted accordingly.
3. Length and document type
Page and word count, plus whether it is a standard civil document or a complex legal or technical instrument.
4. Special requirements
Apostille handling, pixel-perfect format reconstruction (DTP), notarization, or physical originals delivered by courier.
